H2~Kimi to Itahibi

I have come to talk about H2...the english name for this drama is H2~The Days with You. This is also a sports/love drama. this is a really good one..hahaha..=P I really like this one too..It's about this baseball player, Hiro..she's a really good pitcher..but he was told by a "doctor" that he had a glassy elbow and if he pitched his arm would be paralyzed...so he stopped playing baseball although he loved it very much..It turns out that he didn't have to stop playing baseball...and he joined his school's team...and then he plays against his best friend and rival, Hideo... there is also some love drama in this drama. so Hideo's girlfriend is Hikari, who is Hiro's childhood friend. They seem to have an attraction towards each other too though, somehow...meanwhile, Hiro's baseball team manager, Koga is attracted to him...and Hiro has to figure out who he likes..Hikaru or Koga..(something like that..) you kind of have to watch it to find out..but it's really good..seriously!!!

I'd give it a 9.5/10..this drama..hahaha..=P

Pride (J-drama)

Pride is one of my favorite Japanese dramas. It's a love drama but it's also a sport drama..It's really good. Oh yeah, Takuya Kimura which happens to be my favorite Japanese actor is the main character in this drama. In this movie, he plays as Satonaka Halu who is a really great hockey player. He is the best player in his team, the Blue Scorpions and he is also the captain of the team. His love life though, is not going really well. He treats it as a game. So,what I am trying to say here is that he treats hockey with more importance than his life.

One day, after a game he meats Aki, who is played by Takeuchi Yuko. When she met Halu, she was currently waiting for her boyfriend who was overseas...although he shows no sign of coming back to Japan anytime soon...and it doesn't seem like they have been in touch at all. Halu is attracted to Aki and Aki is also attracted to Halu. But their love life doesn't come to them easily. Because Halu faces some problem with him team... His coach is sick in the hospital and is exchanged with someone who doesn't seem to like Halu at all, and this puts Halu in a lot of stress...and other stuff keep on happening too...

This drama is really good..I'll give it a 10/10..I can rewatch this drama as many times as I want...it is really really good. u guys should watch it too...

Since I haven't updated in a while (sorry guys) I decided to give you guys a special.. haha...a second drama..well, actually this one is not a drama. It's a special. It's about Detective Conan (from the manga and the anime? Remember this?) The one with Kudo Shinichi who is a famous high school detective and he was drugged and turned into a little boy (Conan). Although he was turned into a little boy, his mind is still the same and so he still solves mysteries... It's pretty well known... WELL, this special is about Kudo Shinichi before he was turned into Conan. Before his class trip, Shinichi got a challenge letter from a kidnapper saying that the kidnapper was going to kidnap one of his classmates. Shinichi has to figure out who the kidnapper is before the kidnapper does anything bad to his classmate.

This is a very interesting special. I really liked watching it.. This is partly because I love the Detective Conan series..But, it was a great special.. You guys should watch it..I give it a 9.5/10...

Brother Beat (J-drama)

I recently watched this rama. It's a really great drama... It's a family drama and it is somehow touching. It's very realistic, it's about a single mom trying to raise 3 of her sons.. the elest one, Tetsuya,who is the most dependable one (he's sort of the replacement of the father).. the second one Riku, he's the least dependable one I think..and also a player, and the youngest one Junpei, who is the baby of the family but takes care of the family, like cooks an cleans for the family..the mother, Haru, doesn't know how to cook an clean...The story revolves around the brothers, their love lives and how they are always there for each other..it's pretty touching..

Iryu (Team Medical Dragon) -J Drama

This drama is mainly about the Batista Operation... This operation is like the last option for people who have heart disease. Basically you cut the diseased part out of the heart and stitch it up back again... The main character, Ryutaro Asada is a genius surgeon who has worked with NGO before... He has saved many lives even without the right equipment.. He then met Akira Kato, who is working on her thesis about Batista to get promoted as a professor of the Cardiac Surgery Department... But, there is a lot of conflict about hiring Ryutaro..just because he doesn't follow the rules of the hospitals and he has strong beliefs about saving people's lives...(even though they don't have the money to pay the hospital bills)... As a result, Dr.Noguchi, who is the professor of Cardiac Surgery does not really like him...

There are other twist and turns to this medical drama.. But, if you are interested in medical dramas at all, this is the best I've seen so far...I'll give this drama a 10/10..seriously..IT WAS THAT GOOD...I gave it a perfect 10..hahaha... The choice of the actors were great, the soundtrack was great...everything about this drama was great...

The Batista Team

Great Teacher Onizuka

This drama is the first Japanese Drama I ever watched..and since then, I was hooked..haha..+P this was the thing that got me interested in Dramas..hahaha..+P I really liked this drama.... I watched it at least 4 times... It's about a teacher who was a leader in a bike gang...and how he has a dream of becoming a teacher...although he doesn't really fit the characteristics of being a teacher... He got hired by the director of a school with the objections of other members of the staff of the school... He has to prove himself to be a great teacher although he has the worst possible class in the school...(it's the class with all the trouble makers..) haha..=P

I think the drama was great..I'd give it a 9.5/10 but the special..nah..it was okay..I didn't really like it..I'll give it a 6/10 I guess..It was boring..and I didn't like the main girl at all....

Sekai No Chuusin de Part 2 (J-drama)

I just finished watching this drama. I couldn't stop watching it..hahaha..It was really really addicting. Oh yeah, this drama is really touching..it's really good and both the main actor and actress did a wonderful job..(no wonder they received awards for this drama..) Yamada Takayuki was superb in this drama..so was the girl..Ayase Haruka... this drama was really good..I will give it a 9/10 too...

It's really touching too... huhu..=(

Sekai No Chuusin de (J-drama)

This drama is also called Crying out from the center of the world. I just started watching it...Even though I haven't finished watching Silence yet...hehe..=P but my friend recommended this drama so I really wanted to watch it..hahaha..=P Hm...It's about some guy remembering his love in his high school days and how his lover died of leukemia..The story is I think about how it is hard for him to forget her..and also about how she faced leukemia...(well, I guess it's more like how both of them faced her disease together..) I don't really know how the story is going to go..but, this drama is pretty cool. The main characters in this drama got awards because of this drama..and the drama received an award as the 3rd best asian drama...and the screenwriter, director, even the casting crew, and also the theme song got awards..haha..=P [this is also one of the reasons why I wanted to watch it...] so yeah..I'll tell you more after I finish this drama I guess

Tiger and Dragon (J-drama)

Hm. I haven't finished watching Silence yet..But I wanted to comment on this drama. I watched this like a couple of months ago I think. At first, I thought this drama was kind of boring.. because it was telling Japanese classical stories..(Rakugo- I think it's some Japanese Comedy...so you basically tell a funny classical story I guess..) but it turned out to be kind of funny too.. although it was also very weird sometimes..but,if you're bored and you have nothing to watch, I guess this drama will be pretty good... I'll give it a 7/10

It's also about Nagase (the guy in My Boss My Hero)...He's a Yakuza too in this drama..His name is Tora in this movie...(Tora=tiger).. He has to collect a debt from a Rakugo performer..He was following the Rakugo performer and somehow he got to watch a show and fell in love with it and wants to be a performer... It's also about Ryuji (Ryu= Dragon)..He's the son of the Rakugo performer that ows debts to the Yakuza Organization that Tora is working with and he's very talented in Rakugo..but he decided to leave the business..

Well, the story is about them meeting and they have conflicts and stuff..It's pretty funny...

Silence (TW drama) Part 2

I've been watching Silence although I haven't finished it since it is sooo long.. Oh yeah, the more I watch this drama the more I like the soundtracks.. especially the song in the beginning and the song in the end. The song in the beginning of this drama is sung by Harlem Yu (the singer from Meteor Garden I) and the ending song is sung by Vic..hahaha...[o^-^o]

It's really good!!! watch it..

My Boss My Hero

This is a drama I watched sometime ago.. I watched it during the summer...It's a comedy drama.. If you need a good laugh, this is a good drama to watch. It is seriously hillarious..

This story is about Sakaki Makio (Nagase Tomoya) who is a Yakuza, but a very stupid yakuza... Literally.. He can't even add simple numbers.. haha..=P so anyway, his dad who is the boss said that if he wants to inherit the Yakuza business, he needs to graduate from high school...even though he's already 27.. So, keeping his identity a secret (age and the part about him being a Yakuza) he is enrolled in a school as a student..and you see him basically going through what other high school kids go through...but it's really funny though..I give it about a 9/10..haha...watch it..

Silence (TW drama)

All the dramas I've been posting about have so far been J-dramas.. I am currently watching this TW drama. (It's longg though..20 episodes..) haha..=P but so far it's pretty good. At first I watched it because of Vic.. I am a fan of his..So I decided to watch it.. hehe...O_o but now I really like it.. It's very addicting..you just can't stop watching it..So you have to go from one episode to the next.. But I'll tell you one thing...It's worth it..haha...

Hm..basically it's about a childhood love and how it develops I guess... They were seperated in the beginning and then you see the journey of how they find each other and I think you can guess what happens later on...Oh yeah, but there are a lot of twists and turns...which is why you call it a drama I guess..hahaha...

Lunch Queen (Lunch no Joou) Part 2

I just finished watching Lunch Queen. The drama turned out to be really interesting..also, you never get tired of looking at the food...They all look so Delicious... (o^-^o) ooiisshii...hahaha..=P so, anyway..If I were to rate it..I'll give it about an 8 out of 10.. hahaha..=P Oh yeah, this is the love thing that's going on in this drama... hahaha...=P

basically the four brothers like the girl (Mugita Natsumi) and I'll let you guess who she ends up with.. This story is really interesting..You guys should try it once you get the chance..

Lunch Queen (Lunch no Joou)

I finished watching Sapuri last night and I am currently watching Lunch Queen...It's about a restaurant called Kitchen Macaroni owned by a family. The family has some problems...(mainly because of the oldest son..) He did something terrible in the past and basically left home because of what he did. But then he came back home because he heard that his dad was terribly sick... In order to go home though, he needed someone to pretend to be his fiance...and he asked Mugita Natsumi (Takeuchi Yuko) for this role...

It's pretty interesting...(at least the first 2 episodes that I've watched..) and I get hungry while watching this drama because the food looks sooo delicious...

Sapuri

Currently I am watching this drama called Sapuri. It's pretty recent. I think it got released this summer..

It's about young part timer liking an older superior lady in his office. The story is pretty usual though. The drama is not that great...(that's what I think...) A lot of people thinks that the plot is overly used... Which is why I think a lot of people didn't really like this drama..But, it was still okay I think

I think if I were to give it a rating from 0-10 I would give it a 7. I thought it was okay even though the story was sort of predictable.
